Enquiry and Questionnaire

ICA Jordan begins by reviewing the client's initial inquiry and sending them a questionnaire to gather necessary information.

Certification Decision and Quote

Based on the completed questionnaire, ICA Jordan determines the feasibility of certification and provides the client with a three-year certification quote.

Application and Review

The client submits a formal application, which ICA Jordan reviews for completeness and accuracy.

Contract Review

Both ICA Jordan and the client review and agree upon the certification contract.

Gap Analysis and System Diagnosis

ICA Jordan proposes a certification approach, which may include a gap analysis to identify areas where the client's systems need improvement.

Audit Team Appointment

A qualified audit team is selected and assigned to the client's certification project.

Stage 1 Audit (Initial Visit)

The audit team conducts an initial visit to verify the establishment and implementation of the client's management system.

Stage 2 Audit (Certification Audit)

The full certification audit is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the client's management system against the relevant standard.

Non-Conformance Reporting

Any identified non-conformances are documented and reported to the client.

Corrective and Preventive Action

The client implements corrective and preventive actions to address the identified non-conformances.

Certification Decision and Certificate Issuance

Based on the audit results and the client's corrective actions, ICA Jordan makes a decision regarding certification. If successful, a certificate is issued.

twelve-number-round

Recertification (Every Three Years)

Every three years, the client undergoes a recertification audit to ensure continued compliance with the standard. This process is typically less extensive than the initial certification audit. Upon successful completion of the recertification audit, a new certificate is issued, extending the certification period for another three years.
